Nick does a great job with being responsive and aware of situations. I have two kids with one sleeping and he kept quiet. He brought his own booties since we don't want shoes in the house. Awesome

We have been using SOS extermination services for over a year. The pest control tech Don Staggs is by far the best service person we have had come out to our property. He always calls to confirm the appointment, he is aware that we have a dog and calls when he is close so we can put our dog away and he is always extremely professional. I wish all service techs were like him. He is actually one of the biggest reasons we are staying with this company. As far as the service provided, we rarely see any insects or bugs long after the service is done. The service does last until the next appointment.

We just wanted to say how much we like and appreciate our exterminator Don. He is so friendly when he calls. He always asks us a good day to come by. He always calls to let us know he is on his way knowing so we can open the gate. (Don knows we have a dog that is able to go outside on his own and we can secure him. Don knows our dog is a search and rescue K9 who is extremely friendly, he just doesn't want him to get out of the property). Don asks us if we need anything special and is always helpful with his knowledge. Don always closes our gate and lets us know he is done. Very good customer service with the office. My tech Alex rocks! I always receive a text the day before. I texted him back asking if he could ring my bell upon arrival to review a concern I had with a nest. He texted me again 5 mins out and we met outside. He put me at ease. I have been a customer of SOS for 22 years and I have never had an issue that they could not handle and always with great customer service.

We have used SOS exterminating for a few years now and are very pleased with the services. I have to give a personal shoutout to Tomas B. He is very well mannered and gets us taken care of every time. We love Tomas so much that we actually requested to have him back after he changed routes. Thankfully SOS said no problem and we got him back on our schedule. The advance notice makes it easy for us to make sure we have the dogs locked up inside to let him do his thing. If anytime we see something he is sure to double check the area or pay extra attention to whats around. When we moved into this house we had a major scorpion problem and after using SOS that seems to no longer be an issue. You could see results after just a few services and we will continue to use SOS because of this. Thank you Tomas and SOS!

Prompt and courteous service. SOS contacted me to set up an appointment for someone to inspect my property the following week, and all went as scheduled. The serviceperson contacted me by telephone in advance (on the day of the appointment) to advise me that he was on his way. He was prompt and courteous.

I have been using SOS for over 10 years and I have always had great service. Omar has been my tech for most of that time and he does a great job. I always get a phone call a day or two ahead of time that they will be at my house and he always takes time to talk to me about any issues that I may have around the house.
